Educational Tours at Barefoot Farms
Interested in bringing your group of little ones to Barefoot Farms? Our farm tours are perfect for schools, home school groups, and church groups! Each tour is tailored to your groups interest. Main tours include the following:
Greenhouse Giants - Learn how food and flowers grow in the Barefoot Farms greenhouse. Dig in the dirt with your group to plant your very own fruits and vegetables.
Dirt Dig - Experience the difference in which foods and plants we grow in the elements vs. the greenhouse and why. Spot one of the many tiny critters in the dirt using the Barefoot Farms I Spy booklet.
Fishy Fun - Learn which fish are housed in our two ponds, what they eat and when, and how they fit into the ecosystem of Barefoot Farms.
Animal House - Meet the different animals of Barefoot Farms! Learn why each animal is important to the farm and how we care for all of our animals.
Book your tour by entering your information below. Each tour has access to the Barefoot Farms playground, volleyball court, horseshoe court, and rec field. Choose one of two lunch spots to enjoy your break and take a quick stop at the shop for chilled drinks and snacks!
